As a native of the Carolinas, Colleen has a keen understanding of why so many people are attracted to the area. After graduating from UNC-Charlotte and working for many years in corporate America, she and her family made the decision to step back and start enjoying the many things that the lovely Lowcountry has to offer. Colleen is licensed in both North Carolina and South Carolina and enjoys sharing her real estate knowledge with those considering relocation to the area.
